The South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) is South Africa’s leading Mental Health advocacy and support organisation. Through our national helplines, trained counsellors provide free and confidential telephonic counselling to people experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Suicidal thoughts, and other Mental Health challenges. SADAG also facilitates support groups and community education programmes, providing vital support to thousands of people across the country each month.

Donations help keep our helplines open, ensure trained Counsellors are available to support those in crisis, and allow us to continue providing Mental Health awareness and outreach in communities across South Africa.
